- Single account: You may hold only one Account with Ecua Bet for ecya.bet. Duplicate or linked accounts may be closed or merged, and any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be cancelled in accordance with our Bonus Policy and UKGC requirements.
Registration Process and KYC
- Information provided: During registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You confirm that the information you provide is truthful and that you are registering on your own behalf.
- Verification documents: We may request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, payment methods and (where required) source of funds, such as a passport, driving licence, utility bill or bank statement. You agree to supply such documents promptly upon request.
- Pre-verification restrictions: Until verification is completed to our reasonable satisfaction, we may restrict your ability to deposit, wager or withdraw funds. In some cases, we are legally required to prevent you from gambling until checks are complete.
- Ongoing monitoring: In line with UK anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorist financing regulations, we may conduct ongoing monitoring and request updated information or documents at any time, including in 2025 and thereafter, to ensure compliance.
Account Security and User Obligations
- Login details: You must choose a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential at all times. You are responsible for all activity conducted on your Account where you have not previously notified us of suspected unauthorised use.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that a third party has gained access to your Account or that your login details have been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact customer support via Live Chat or the on-site contact form.
- Prohibited use: You must not allow any other person to use your Account, and you must not use the services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, collusion or arbitrage in breach of these Terms or UK law.
- Self-exclusion and limits: You may set deposit limits, loss limits and reality checks, or request a time-out or self-exclusion, through the tools provided on the Website, as detailed in our Responsible Gaming Policy. Requests made in 2025 and beyond will be handled in accordance with UKGC requirements in force at that time.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Principles
- Game rules: Each game or betting market on ecya.bet is subject to its specific rules, paytables and explanations (together "Game Rules"), which form part of these Terms. Where Game Rules are inconsistent with these Terms, the Game Rules prevail for that particular game or market, provided this does not conflict with UK law.
- Randomness and fairness: Casino games (other than live dealer games) use certified random number generator ("RNG") technology. The Operator takes reasonable steps to ensure that all games are fair and that outcomes are produced in accordance with the published Game Rules.
- Time of acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted only when our servers record it and a confirmation is displayed in your betting history or game interface. If a dispute arises regarding the time or status of a Bet, the records of our systems shall be final, subject to review by the Operator, the UKGC and/or IBAS where required.
Placing, Modifying and Cancelling Bets
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or market has minimum and maximum stake limits as shown in the relevant interface. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing your Bet.
- Bet confirmation: Once you confirm your Bet and it is accepted by our systems, you cannot usually cancel or amend it. We may, acting reasonably and in accordance with UKGC expectations, void or amend Bets in clearly erroneous circumstances (for example, palpable errors in odds or game malfunctions).
- Errors and malfunctions: If a game or bet settlement is affected by an obvious technical or human error, we may declare the Bet void, adjust the settlement to reflect the correct information, or restore the Account balance to the position immediately before the error occurred. In such cases, you are entitled only to the return of your original stake, where applicable.
- Suspended or cancelled events: For sports or event betting, if an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, settlement will be determined in accordance with the relevant Game Rules and industry practice in Great Britain.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chat and Interactions
- Respectful behaviour: When using Live Chat, live casino tables or any interactive features, you must treat other players and staff with respect. Abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, exploit software errors or use automated tools (bots) is prohibited and may result in account suspension, cancellation of Bets and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Content restrictions: You must not share illegal, harmful, obscene or infringing content through chat or other channels on ecya.bet. The Operator may monitor interactions for compliance and may remove content or exclude Users where necessary.
- Responsible gambling: You must use the services for entertainment purposes only and should not gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Our Responsible Gaming Policy provides tools and support options, including in 2025, to help you manage your play.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Principles
- Supplementary rules: All Bonuses and promotions offered by Ecua Bet on ecya.bet are governed by these Terms and the detailed Bonus Policy available at https://ecya.bet/bonus-policy. In case of conflict, the specific promotional terms and the Bonus Policy apply, subject to UK consumer protection law.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to registered Users located in Great Britain who meet the criteria set out in the relevant promotion (for example, minimum deposit, game restrictions or time of claim in 2025).
- Abuse prevention: The Operator may withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multiple account use, collusion, hedging bets, low-risk betting strategies or other behaviour contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Activation, Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Bonus activation: To activate a Bonus, you may need to opt in, enter a bonus code, tick a box or meet qualifying criteria (such as a minimum deposit or number of bets). The conditions for activation are stated in the promotion details.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses and any winnings from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. These requirements (for example, 35x the bonus amount) are clearly stated in the Bonus Policy and promotional terms.
- Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Some games may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced percentage, as set out in the Bonus Policy.
- Time limits: Bonuses generally have an expiry period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) within which wagering requirements must be met. If requirements are not met within the applicable timeframe in 2025 or later, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Actions and Combining Promotions
- Prohibited actions: You must not use any Bonus in conjunction with strategies designed to secure guaranteed profits irrespective of event outcome, nor may you place offsetting Bets or minimal-risk Bets solely to clear wagering requirements. Such behaviour may be treated as bonus abuse.
- Combining promotions: Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may participate in only one active Bonus or promotion at a time. Attempting to stack or combine multiple promotions or bonus codes may result in cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
- Right to amend: We may modify or withdraw a Bonus or promotion, including in 2025, where necessary for legal, regulatory or operational reasons, provided that such changes do not adversely affect rights you have already accrued in a manner contrary to UK consumer law.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: Deposits may be made using the payment methods displayed in the cashier on ecya.bet, typically including debit cards and selected e-wallets, and in some cases bank transfers or other locally available methods. Cryptocurrency is not currently offered as a payment method for players in Great Britain under these Terms.
- Ownership of payment methods: You may only use payment instruments (such as cards or e-wallets) that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may lead to account suspension, with any necessary actions taken under AML regulations.
- Deposit limits: We may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and/or per day, as indicated in the cashier. You may also set your own deposit limits via responsible gambling tools.
- Fees and processing times: We endeavour to process deposits instantly, but some methods may experience delays. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier or Withdrawal Policy.
Withdrawals
- Verification before withdrawal: We may require identity, address and payment method verification, as well as source of funds information, before processing withdrawals. This may include enhanced checks where your activity or cumulative deposits warrant further review under AML rules.
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for deposit. If the original method does not permit withdrawals, we may select an alternative method in your name, subject to applicable regulations.
- Limits and timeframes: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and/or per period apply as specified in our Withdrawal Policy at https://ecya.bet/withdrawals. We aim to process withdrawal requests promptly (typically within a few Business Days), but exact timeframes depend on internal checks and the payment provider.
- Pending withdrawals: While a withdrawal is pending, you may have the option to cancel it in the cashier. If you cancel a withdrawal, the funds will return to your Real Money Balance and may be used for further wagering.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds
- Refund of stakes and bets: Refunds of settled Bets are generally not permitted unless a clear error, malfunction or other exceptional circumstance has occurred. In such cases, we may void affected Bets and refund the original stake to your Account.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, we may suspend or close your Account, deduct the disputed amount, and recover reasonable associated costs. We may also report fraudulent chargebacks to the relevant authorities.
- Bonus funds: Withdrawals from your Account are subject to the status of any active Bonuses. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, we may cancel the active Bonus and any associated bonus winnings, in line with the Bonus Policy and applicable consumer law.
- Player funds protection: Player funds are held in a manner categorised as "medium" protection under UKGC guidance, meaning that arrangements are in place to separate player funds from the Operator's business accounts, but they are not fully protected in the event of insolvency. Further details are available on the UKGC public register entry for Andean Gaming UK Ltd. (account number 59321).

- Regulatory compliance: The Operator will comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Great Britain, including AML obligations, safer gambling duties and dispute resolution requirements.

We are not liable for any loss, costs or expenses arising from such interruptions, provided we have acted with reasonable care.
- Indirect and consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, data or opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, in connection with your use of the services.
- Maximum liability: Our total aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of Ecua Bet services on ecya.bet (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed the higher of: (a) the amount of your relevant stake or wager linked to the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
